Shakespeare 1 year limited warranty
Your new Shakespeare® product comes with a limited warranty for a period of one year. Shakespeare (Australia) Pty Ltd will repair or replace defects in material and/or workmanship in Shakespeare products. Shakespeare will have no other obligation and will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Shakespeare makes no other implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS. This warranty does not cover damage caused by addition to or alteration of the product, accident, abuse or normal wear. Damage that is determined to be of this nature will be repaired at the consumer’s expense. This warranty does not extend to commercial or rental use.
Claims should be made to the retailer with proof of purchase.
